How is the board programmed?
You provide us with the name of your establishment and your Google link when placing the order. We program the NFC chip before shipping: the plaque arrives ready to use.
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. Most recent smartphones, both iPhone and Android, can read NFC without a dedicated application. Compatibility depends on the phone model and settings.
Is there a subscription?
None. You purchase the plate once, you own it, and it works indefinitely with no scan limits.
What if I change my Google link?
Write to us: we'll explain how to reprogram the chip for free, or we'll do it for you.
What surfaces does the adhesive stick to?
The 3M adhesive on the back sticks to wood, glass, metal, tile, and laminate. Size 10 × 10 cm, resistant to daily cleaning.
Is the sign suitable for my type of business?
It is designed for establishments that receive the public and collect payments on-site: restaurants, cafes, salons, institutes, boutiques, hotels. The location and optimal timing vary by profession—see our dedicated pages for restaurants and hair salons.
Is the hob guaranteed?
Yes: a free lifetime warranty, reserved for the original purchaser. In the event of a breakdown or breakage, regardless of the cause, the plate will be replaced free of charge within the covered delivery area. Loss and theft are not covered, and the plate must still exist to be replaced. This commercial warranty is in addition to your legal warranties and never reduces them.
