Lifetime warranty
The DPA TAP commercial warranty adds to statutory warranties and never replaces them. It is free of charge.
What it covers
- Breakdown of the tag or its NFC chip.
- Breakage, whatever its cause — including unintentional or intentional damage. The tag is replaced in all these cases.
For whom
- Reserved for the original purchaser of the tag.
- Non-transferable to a third party.
- Valid for the entire period of ownership of the tag by the original purchaser.
What it does not cover
- Loss of the tag.
- Theft of the tag.
- The tag must always exist and be presented for a replacement to be possible.
How to request a replacement
Write to contact@digitalprojectagency.fr indicating:
- your order number;
- a photograph of the tag;
- confirmation of your delivery address.
Cost and timeframe
- Free replacement: no replacement or reshipment fees within the covered delivery area.
- The replacement tag is prepared and shipped within one business day after receipt of a complete request (order number, photograph, and address). A first message without this information does not trigger this timeframe.
Your statutory warranties remain in full force
Regardless of this commercial warranty, you benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (2 years from the delivery of the goods) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects. This commercial warranty adds to these rights and never reduces them.
